SUMMER PROGRAM FAQ
Tiny Dancer Camps – Campers should come ready to dance/move in dance attire. A leotard or fitted top and shorts/skirts/tutu is required. Dancers are very welcome to dress according to the theme as well! Tights are not necessary. Ballet slippers are recommended or dancers can choose to go barefoot.
Combo Camp – Dancers should wear a leotard and either footless or convertible tights. Dance shorts over top of leotards are OK. Hair should be pulled back (bun or ponytail). Ballet and jazz shoes are preferred, if you do not have jazz or ballet shoes – dancers can go barefoot.
Acro Workshop – Campers should come ready to dance/move in dance attire. A leotard, biketard, or fitted top and shorts is required. No tights or shoes required. Dancers will move barefoot.
Jazz & Tap Workshop – Dancers should wear a leotard and tights. Hair needs to pulled back in a neat bun, and should not come down/fall out during class. Bangs are OK. Jazz and tap shoes are required.
Leaps & Turns Workshop and Intensives – Dancers should wear a leotard and either footless or convertible tights. Hair needs to pulled back in a neat bun, and should not come down/fall out during class. Bangs are OK. Please make sure dancers have all shoes needed for their particular intensive.
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP
Tiny Dancer Camp/Combo Camp – Please pack a snack/lunch and water bottle each day. We have a water cooler at the studio. Campers will have time to eat their lunch snack each day. If your child has any food allergies or special needs, please email us at email@example.com.
Workshops – Dancers should bring a water bottle, and all appropriate footwear.
Intensives – Dancers should bring a water bottle and a healthy snack (or lunch for daytime dancers). All required footwear.
ENROLLMENT & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Deposit – A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your spot. There is a maximum number of participants, which varies per session. Dancebox reserves the right to cancel a session and refund payments to participants if the session does not meet the minimum participant requirement.
Balance – The balance will be charged to the credit card on file two weeks prior to the start of the session. Any early bird savings will be applied at the time the balance is collected.
Refund Policy – Deposits are non-refundable. You may cancel or withdraw from camp at any time with no penalty prior to the balance being collected (two weeks prior). No refunds will be issued for cancellations/withdrawals after the balance has been collected.
